Parson’s Hill Trail

Ecosystem types: Mixed-grass Prairie, Mixed-wood Forest, Wetlands

This is a wide, grassy trail, with gently rolling terrain. The trail passes through mixed-wood forest and prairie patches, high above the banks of Marshs Lake, affording beautiful views of the oxbow and miles of woodlands beyond. You can also catch glimpses of marshes and fens created by freshwater springs on the slopes below.
