Boreal Island Trail

This short loop north of Clear Lake provides an easy, accessible walk through a mixture of Black Spruce and Trembling Aspen Mixedwood Forest. Boardwalks cut across a riparian marsh which occurs along a slow moving creek impacted by local beaver residents. Interpretive material along the trail describes the animal life that can be found in the surrounding area.
